By purchasing any product from Dataverse IndSight, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Product Information
All products sold on this platform are digital goods (“databooks”) delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.
2. Account & Guest Purchase
Customers may purchase products either by:
- Registering an account, or
- Completing a guest checkout without registration
For guest purchases, the download link will be sent directly to the email address provided during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the email address is accurate and accessible.
3. Payment & Order Confirmation
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
An order is considered complete only after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Once payment is successful:
- A confirmation email will be sent
- The download link for the purchased databook will be delivered via email
4. Delivery of Digital Products
Purchased databooks are delivered via a download link sent to your email.
Please note:
- Delivery may take a few minutes depending on the system
- If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder
- You are responsible for downloading and storing the file after receiving access
5. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the payment has been successfully processed.
6. Usage & License
All purchased databooks are for personal or internal business use only.
You are not allowed to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the product
- Upload or distribute the content publicly
- Use the content for illegal purposes
Violation of these terms may result in access being revoked without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure all content is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee completeness or suitability for specific purposes.
We are not liable for any decisions, losses, or damages resulting from the use of our databooks.
